I’m with Smart Bro for almost a year now. I’m planning to cancel my account soon because the connection speed really sucks, imagine I’m getting up to 384kbps only for Php999.00 which is very expensive compare to other internet service here. What is the best ISP in the Philippines? Are you using DSL, Wireless Broadband, Cable, Dial-up?

I’m on Digital DSL. P999 for 512kbps. I was already paying around 600 for landline so that means my DSL is just around 400…and I’m quite satisfied.
