I work in a call center industry in the Philippines. Most of our clients are in the United States. Imagine that we have 12-15 hours difference. If its 10PM in Manila and you are assisting an American who is located in Florida most likely its 10AM in their area. This means I work at night time. I have read in one magazine that people who work for night shift they don’t live as long as day workers, because they constantly changing their sleeping patterns. Sleeping patterns are referred to as circadian rhythms, which are physical and mental changes that occur throughout the day and are caused by the body’s biological clock. Changes in sleeping patterns can also be a result of depression where you may experience difficulty in getting to sleep and waking up early in the morning. According to the article that I read, memory foam mattress will help with my total relaxation. So this should be included in my top priority list and getting myself a memory foam mattress and it will stop me from longing for a good night’s sleep.
I demand for good night sleep
